The Condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pantry kitchen with a counter and a dining place and a lanai. It is equipped with air condition, telephone, cable TV, internet, washer and dryer. Both bedrooms are furnished with a king-size-bed and a ceiling fan. Besides you will find a walk-in closet with enough space for your clothes. The living room is modern equipped and invites you to relax, watch TV or plan your next day trip. From the lanai you have a nice view on a lake. The open kitchen borders on the living room. It is fully equipped. The next shopping center is in walking distance (7 min.), to the beach it takes you only 12 min. by car.
The Condo comes with all lines, bedding, towels & complete kitchen ware - all you need to bring is your clothings & cosmetics.
