New king bed and air-conditioning unit, new TV (DVD player) and updated bath. Condo located on second floor so you can easily take stairs or elevator to explore the grounds of Estero Beach and Tennis Club's 16 plus acres. Use the heated pool, or 1 of the 4 clay tennis courts, enjoy shuffleboard, outdoor grilling or just walk the 6-7 miles of the beautiful beach and view the sunsets. Across the boulevard, within walking distance is a full service Marina and 18-hole executive golf course and Santini Plaza. The Plaza offers a variety of dining, shops, banking, a post office and drug store. Also, located nearby is a movie theater and Publix supermarket for your convenience. Use the Trolley service (out front) to explore Times Square for more sightseeing, restaurants and shopping.
The Condo comes with all lines, bedding, towels & complete kitchen ware - all you need to bring is your clothings & cosmetics.
